We were preparing to plant a vineyard and turned to Bob to grade the land for us. We didn’t know him or anything about his previous work, but when we first met him his obvious sincerity made us feel that we had made the right choice. And time proved us right.
We have since employed Bob on other projects, knowing that he would do it exactly the way we wanted it and to the very highest of standards.
We now count Bob as a special friend, and you don’t do that with someone whose work doesn’t satisfy.
I asked Bob to “get the brush away from the house” before Oct. fire season. He had a wonderful vision and quickly and professionaly groomed our land. I found him to be a gentleman and an honest worker. I highly recommend his company.
I first met Bob in 2005 when I bought property for building a new home. Bob worked with me from the beginning to develop the site for the house and detached garage. Since then whenever I have a question or a project I turn to Bob for his assistance. Bob has excellent insight and vision, his advice is always with concern for doing the job right in the best way possible.
Working w/ Bob and Stacy was a great experience. Showed up promptly to bid my job. Showed up promptly and completed my job in a professional manner with a smile. I have referred Bob to many people who have all received the same high level of professional service that I received.
I was in the planning stages of building my dream garage and I needed a professional grading contractor. After 4 estimates I was ready to give up then I got Bob’s number by word of mouth. My first meeting with Bob told me I had found the right contractor. He knew I had a vision of this project and we worked together to develop the pad and driveway. Without Bob’s professional advice and grading talent my garage may not have been built. I have referred Bob to several people and they have received the same quality of service.
We recently moved to Ramona to be able to have our horses on our own property. The parcel we bought had a very n ice, very large (35,000 square feet) dirt arena. My wife, the rider, had past experience with problems such as rocks in the dirt, uneven surfaces, and of course, problems with drainage and mud after rains, We decided that the best thing would be to properly grade the arena and provide a surface that would provide proper footing and that would not have problems after rains. Bob consulted with us as to how to properly improve the arena, and quoted us a great price. He got started right away, and finished the work very quickly. We imported a lot of material, and because of his savy scheduling and well thought out work flow, Bob was able to save trucking time for his suppliers, saving money, and passed the savings on to us. We are very pleased with the finished arena, and look forward to ur next project where Bob might help us out again. I would certainly reccomend him to anyone. His work was clean, efficient, fast, but most importantly correct and came in at his proposed cost.
Bob did a project for me in May 2010. The project consisted of grading 5 home sites. Bob and his crew did an excellant job! They were on time and on budget. Bob is very professional and his work shows it. My client was very happy and Bob is top on my list for grading contractors.

After many years of dealing with major errosion, Bob came to our rescue. Living on a hill it was a constant battle to keep the water going in the right direction and not losing a ton of dirt in the process. In the real wet times, the back yard even became unusable. Bob came in and graded the property to gain more usable land, laid road base in specific places, and fixed all of my errosion probelms. He was very professional and extremely efficient. The grading even held up on our recent eight inch down pour. As a person that stands behind his work, he even called after the big rains to see how the property faired. I highly recommend his services. Prices are fair, his knowledge is great, and the job will be done right the first time.

Bob was referred to us from a couple of local businesses. Once on site he was very genuine and knowledgeable, putting us immediately at ease with hiring him. We needed an RV drive at the rear of our property and in short order we had a beautiful drive and a very clean and properly graded yard. In just a couple days he seems more of a family friend than just someone to do business with. Professional, great customer service, and very reasonable rates. We will definitely recommend him to anyone.
